Homemade Pineapple-Mango Popsicles

It’s officially my favorite time of year… summer. I thought it would be fitting to start the season off with one of my favorite treats. These homemade popsicles are a healthy alternative to store-bought brands. There’s no corn syrup, added sugar or food dye. They’re also quick, inexpensive and fun to make!

Note: I purchased the popsicle mold from Target for $10 [on sale]!

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz of frozen mangos
  • 12 oz of frozen pineapples
  • 16 oz of pineapple juice

 

Instructions:

  1. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 6 hours.
  3. Pour hot water over the molds for 30-60 seconds, before removing popsicles.
  4. Enjoy!
